FAQ
Puppy yoga, also known as dog yoga or doga, is a type of yoga class where yoga poses are practiced while puppies or dogs are present in the same room. The dogs usually roam around, interact with the participants, and may even participate in some exercises. It is a combination of traditional yoga practice and the therapeutic and joyful presence of puppies.
Puppy yoga offers several potential benefits, including stress reduction, increased levels of mindfulness, and improved mood. Interacting with puppies can release oxytocin (the "love hormone") and promote feelings of happiness and relaxation. Also, the presence of puppies can help participants stay in the present moment and find joy in the practice.
